Courageous Development Programme overview
Outcomes of the programme include:
- Cohorts of ~12 people
- Programme runs for 5 months including;
- 3 x 3-hour workshops
- Optional 1:1 coaching which includes setting and tracking progress against personal goals
- All run virtually to facilitate the inclusion participants from around the globe
- Self directed learning in-between workshops to increase knowledge based on DE&I topics of interest
- Virtual data collection and recording tools are used to create a resource for the cohort throughout the programme
- Mural - whiteboard and post its plus multi media resources
- Mentimeter - data collection including polls, word clouds, surveys etc.
- Focus on growth through dialogue and practical application
Outcomes of the programme include:
- Increase your understanding of psychological safety and ability to maintain it in conversations
- Develop your ability to be courageous when having conversations about DE&I topics
- Improve your ability to apply the principles of Courageous inclusion 1:1, in teams and across your workplace contexts
- Explore the role of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI&B) in the context of Courageous Inclusion
- Increase your ability to share your own personal stories to promote DEI&B
- Develop your ability. to learn through experiencing other's stories
- Understand how meeting is made and shaped through dialogue and its impact on promoting DEI&B
- All themes and content would be adapted to ensure relevance to your work and personal context
