Courageous Developmentis a comprehensive programme with a goal of enabling leaders to value their own and others' diversity, plus include this in daily activities in work. The programme is aimed at leaders from organisations across the globe and from all industries and sectors. Content covers broad topics such as privilege, marginalisation and their impact in organisations. Participants are required to commit to personal learning and attendance on the various learning elements.
Courageous Facilitation was designed to enable anyone who leads meetings to include the expertise of everyone involved. The programme covers aspects of group dynamics with a diversity and inclusion lens. Participants will explore how to intervene in groups to raise awareness of power dynamics and ensure decisions are equitable. We anticipate the participants themselves to be diverse to provide a rich learning community.
Courageous Conversations is an introductory level programme designed for leaders early in their careers, or people who aren't able to make the committeemen to attend the Courageous Development Programme. Participants will gain a grounding in how to have conversations which include and value the diversity of everyone involved. Course content is based on the Courageous Inclusion (C) model.
