Courageous Development Programme overview
Outcomes of the programme include:
- Cohorts of ~12 people
- Programme runs for 12 months including;
- 7 x 3-hour workshops
- 3 x 2hour action learning sets (groups of 4 people plus a facilitator providing support for development based on discussion, coaching and mentoring on real world applications of course content and learning)
- Optional 1:1 coaching which includes setting and tracking progress against personal goals
- All run virtually to facilitate the inclusion participants from around the globe
- Virtual data collection and recording tools are used to create a resource for the cohort throughout the programme
- Mural - whiteboard and post its plus multi media resources
- Mentimeter - data collection including polls, word clouds, surveys etc.
- Focus on growth through dialogue and practical application
Outcomes of the programme include:
- Co-creating a common language around DE&I for the participants
- Improving your DE&I awareness and expertise including application into your work context
- Developing your DE&I leadership skills to anticipate and respond to issues in our current context
- Increasing awareness of your individual complex identities including privileged and disadvantaged aspects; including integration of these into your presence
- Developing emotional intelligence & reflective learning skills, increase awareness of your power and how you can use it to nurture uniqueness and create inclusive teams
- All themes and content would be adapted to ensure relevance to your work and personal context
